"ISRAEL has drawn up secret plans to destroy Iran’s uranium enrichment facilities with tactical nuclear weapons.Two Israeli air force squadrons are training to blow up an Iranian facility using low-yield nuclear “bunker-busters”, according to several Israeli military sources."
Oy vei. In the pantheon of really bad ideas, this one is way up there.
Some may question the leak as only providing cover to Iran , but given the constantly ramping Iraeli/US rhetoric against them, carrier deployments and constant posturing, and Olmert slipping up and admitting Israeli nukes (high ranking on the 'world's worst kept secrets' list), one is inclined to take this report seriously.
Of course there are those that hold tightly to what they have heard (and what is still often spouted as a valid quote) about Ahmadinejad wanting to "wipe Israel off the map." Here is the truth about what he really said (as well, here is a link to Juan Cole)
